The survivors of Jerrik’s village all decide to set out in search of the King’s castle for hope of a better future. This is the end of Jerrik’s childhood as he spent it in the woods. In Book 3 we shall discover what is to become of our young hero.
Years later, Jerrik would hear of the tale of Darg, the last giant to have ever lived. His fate wasn’t much comfort to the youngling but it did explain a thing or two.
As he makes his way through the remains of the village, all Jerrik sees is devastation.
The bridge to the village has been destroyed and in its place lies a pond.
Jerrik will have to come up with one or two good stories to explain to his parents why he did not make it home last night!
It’s a slow and dangerous descent but our friends are making their way down to the forest from the Dragon-bird’s nest.
You can bet the Dragon-bird didn’t expect this from these two little creatures! This later became know as whack-a-dragon-bird.
Jerrik is going exactly what seems like the only thing to do: grab some feathers and pull!
Our duo provides us with some amazing acrobatics like an upside-down split and a backflip. How this might help them escape, I shall reveal in the next update!
Our heroes’ escape plan is jeopardised by the arrival of the owner: a dragon. How will our duo ever get away now?
